Terms & Conditions

1. Statutory Rights

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under the law of England.

• When we receive your online order, we will send you an acknowledgment email – this is not a contract, simply an acknowledgement of your order.
• Upon order acceptance we will send your final invoice which will detail the warranty and terms. This will form the contract between you and Park Pianos.
• Online orders do not include a piano stool or first tuning unless stated on the product, these can be purchased separately.

3. Delivery

• We aim to deliver most items within 7 working days (often this is sooner). Our delivery partner will contact you within 48-72 hours and offer you a delivery date.
• New products are sometimes on back order and therefore delivery will take slightly longer.  We will advise of any unforeseen delays.
• On some occasions an item may become unavailable.  A member of our team will contact you with the new lead time or cancel your order.
• If your order is urgent and/or a specific deadline for delivery is required; please contact us first before placing your order.

4. Damage in Transit

• Upon receipt of your delivery, please check the goods and sign our delivery note.  Please note that any damage should be reported immediately or within 24 hours in writing to info@parkpianos.co.uk; where our team will offer a solution.

5. Cancellation Policy – 14 days

• If you change your mind:

  • If the goods have not shipped – you will receive a full refund and the order will be cancelled.  We must receive the cancellation in writing by email to info@parkpianos.co.uk.
  • If you have received the goods** – please inform us within 14 days of order.

6. **Returns

• All returned goods must be returned in the same condition and unused.

• All associated delivery costs (to and from the delivery address) are excluded from any refund made by Park Pianos, as our deliveries are made and paid to third-party specialist transport companies or couriers.
